GLOBAL DEMAND GENERATION MANAGER (HYBRID)

Founded in 2009 and backed by Bebo founders Michael and Paul Birch, Onalytica is an award-winning B2B influencer marketing software platform that connects brands with topical influencer communities and helps them to scale and structure influencer programs globally.

We have a vision of transforming our marketing strategy to be more focused on driving demand in the marketplace, rather than a high volume of low intent leads that aren’t ready to buy. This is where you come in as a Demand Generation Lead.

We’re looking for someone that’s driven, inquisitive, pro-active, but most of all, wanting to apply everything they’ve learned in past positions to make their mark.

Here’s what the role looks like at a top level:

  • Crafting a high performing Demand Gen strategy that supports our growth targets, with the Global Marketing VP
  • Driving demand and pipeline in the form of new business and also in existing client accounts
  • Collaborating closely with the Content Marketing Lead to produce content that educates the market and drives inbound among our key target accounts
  • Working with the EMEA & North American Sales VPs and their respective teams on ABM campaigns
  • Creating Product Marketing campaigns with our Product team
  • Supporting Customer Success Managers to secure renewals and drive cross-sell opportunities
  • Take ownership of marketing lead generation, including weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting
  • Key KPI examples: enterprise Leads (content downloads & enquiries), leads in-line with ABM target accounts, SEO performance and website performance on high-intent pages
  • Key channels/formats: blogs, high intent website pages, videos, SEO, social media, email, events

What we ask of you:

  • 2-4 years’ experience working in a Demand Generation role, preferably in B2B SaaS (marketing platform is an added bonus!)
  • Proven track record of working closely with sales, product and client facing teams, ensuring campaigns are aligned with KPIs
  • A high performer that consistently hits and surpasses KPIs
  • Experience using tools such as: Salesforce, Pardot & Word Press, with experience using the Adobe Creative Cloud, Camtasia, Salesloft and Data Dwell a bonus
  • Organised, efficient, and hard-working team player that collaborates well with other departments
  • Positive, pro-active, inquisitive, and not afraid to challenge! We want someone to tell us there’s a better way of doing something
  • Not shying away from taking ownership – we need someone that holds themselves accountable and isn’t afraid to crack on
  • Great verbal communicator – communicating the plan and results of campaigns to the sales/client teams and also the wider company
  • Great copywriter – across email, social and blogposts
  • Analytical and data savvy – both for crafting campaigns but also recognising what is or isn’t working
