SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

An exciting full-time opportunity for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join an innovative SaaS start-up in the influencer marketing space. The role involves supporting the EMEA sales team to identify, qualify and book opportunities within our target accounts in the UK and across Europe. We work across Tech, Fintech, CSR, Charity/NGO, Healthcare, Education, Govt & many more sectors with emphasis on thought leadership, reputation & B2B.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Researching relevant contacts within target accounts using LinkedIn sales navigator
  • Setting up and sending outbound sales cadences to target contacts
  • Responding to inbound enquiries and MQLs and qualifying opportunities for the sales team to close
  • Liaise with marketing team on campaigns and content strategy to support outbound outreach
  • Reporting into EMEA Sales Director with progress against targets (daily/weekly)

Skills/Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Native or fluent English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organise and prioritise work
  • Willingness to take ownership and execute
  • Ambition and Drive – a self-starter who takes initiative and is extremely target driven (must be able to demonstrate this)
  • A desire to work in sales and close own deals in the future
  • Motivated by the opportunity to exceed target and earn uncapped commission

Skills/Qualifications Preferred but not essential

  • 1-2 years of SDR or related SaaS sales experience
  • Fluent in another European language
  • Experience of social media
  • An interest in how social media data can inform marketing strategies
  • An interest in influencer marketing in a thought-leadership / B2B context
