How did you get to become an expert in your key topics?
I’ve worked in and around the Human Resources space for over 25 years. Working with enterprises as well as upstart brands has given me a unique view into the intricacies of how organizations manage culture, hire people into their company, and what keeps employees interested and engaged.

HR Technology is a very crowded space. The good news is, these technologies are in high demand. The bad news is, the competition in this space is fierce.
In regards to employer branding, many companies still don’t know what it is and for those that do, they often times get it wrong or become overwhelmed trying to understand. It always starts with the employees and the culture of the organization, with good communication being key here.
