How did you get to become an expert in your key topics?
My background is at the intersection of strategy, organization development, operations, and managing complex organization change. I am a presenter and author, and for many years have been advising clients on the future of work, how to embed mobility & flexibility into organizational DNA. For more than a decade I have been helping executive leaders move through strategic workforce and workplace transformations — this passion of mine was inspired by the desire to create more human-centric work cultures, ones that encourage employees to bring their whole selves to work where autonomy, freedom, and choice are celebrated.
What sub-topics are you most passionate about?
I spent the past few years speaking about the impact of change on workplaces and how we collectively adapt to this era of continuous disruption. I’m also passionate about helping leaders design optimized employee experiences as the hybrid workplace model evolves, the future of digital workplaces, and the role AI will play in shaping it. Rethinking what offices could look like while reimagining our core urban centers is intriguing to me.
Who influences you within these topics?
Tsedal Neely, David Green, Lynda Gratton, companies that are embracing remote-first models, and many more.
What do you think the future holds in this space?
What are your passions outside of work?
