How did you get to become an expert in your key topics?
Started my own consulting firm in 1997 after interning with Kaizen consulting. Spent over 10 years in banking in business solutions and followed that with over five years in insurance working with corporate clients. When I started a consulting firm over 20 years ago I worked with multiple companies consulting and training on leadership, communication, change management, and preparing for the future.
