What challenges are brands facing in this space?
Recruiting and retaining talent are the key issues for businesses of all sizes at the moment, and likely into the future. The world of work has changed due to the impacts of the global pandemic, the availability of people and skills needed to do the jobs available now and in the future, and the changing nature of employee’s desires and needs.
What do you think the future holds in this space?
It will continue to be a challenge for organizations to hire the number of people that they need, with the skills that are needed to do the jobs that they have available. Demographically, the workforce is smaller and/or not located in the places where jobs are being created. Also, the skills required to do the jobs of today and tomorrow are constantly changing. In addition to recruiting challenges, organizations will need to focus on upskilling and reskilling their existing workforce to meet business needs.
What brands are leading the way in this space?
Accenture, Amazon, HubSpot, Microsoft, BNY Mellon.
If a brand wanted to work with you, which activities would you be most interested in collaborating on?

What are your passions outside of work?
I’m an amateur equestrian (Hunter/Jumper). I also love the outdoors and travel.
