She is known as a thought leader in Transaction Banking (Cash Management, short-term funding, Trade Finance, Liquidity Management, Custody, Transaction Banking technology) Fintech disruption to traditional players including Tech players, digitalization disruption, innovation & change management as well as client advisory in the financial industry. Kirsi led two leading Nordic banks and one Fintech platform (large corporate & institutions customer segment) to exceptional market visibility and share gains and reputation growth in Finland within Transaction Banking and in the Nordic market.
Kirsi has built long-term professional relationships with leading institutional and corporate clients at C-level & Group Treasury in the Nordics. She is a driven and effective senior executive with restructuring & team-building experience and long-term high-performance results.
Kirsi gained extensive credit structures experience within Large Corporates and the SME sector (long term, short term, trade finance, invoice financing, guarantees, European Investment Bank, and European Investment Fund).
Kirsi is also an Advisory Board member for Barclays FT Cambridge initiative and an Advisory Board member for Swedish Fintech company Enigio Ab.

Legacy systems are a big challenge for the financial services players, everybody needs to do something together with tech and fintech in collaboration.

Nordic players are rising stars. Especially within the Trade Finance arena players like Enigio from Sweden will change the game through digital documents. There is also great innovation for corporate banking like Treasury Delta, which streamlines the currently very manual RFP process for both financial services players and large corporates.
