How did you get to become an expert in gender equality, diversity & inclusion?
I started in the banking industry then rose to executive level where I stayed for 25 years. I Created TecAccess in 2001 and built it to multimillion $ firm, which was then sold in 2011. Most of my team were technologists with disabilities. I created Ruh Global in 2013, changed the name in 2019 to Ruh Global Impact. I have been selected by the UN to run their WomenInTech Taskforce for USA in 2019. I was invited by the President of the UN to speak before the Committee of State Parties (all the countries) on disability inclusion in 2016. I speak about making the world a better place by helping brands include everyone including persons with disabilities. Plus I am engaged in Social Impact, Social Good, Tech for All, Inclusion of All, SDGs, Impact Investing and helping multinational brands understand how to show their customers their social impact and CSR efforts.
Which topics are you most passionate about?
Which influencers influence you within those key topics?
Outside of your key topics who else influences you?
How would you describe your offline influence?
What brands have you worked with?
If a brand wanted to work with you, which activities would you be most interested in collaborating on?
Which non-paid activities would you be keen to take part in if the opportunity raised your profile or delivered value to your audience?
I’d be keen to co-create long form content such as blogs, white papers, ebooks, etc. I could participate in a podcast or webinar or provide a quote for an article. I would consider sharing / create a social post if it was relevant to my work. I would consider attending an event if my expenses were covered. I would write a product review, participate in online chat and create video content if the topic was relevant to my audience.
What would be the best way for a brand to contact you?
