I started my career as an IBM mainframe computer operator. Eventually, I worked with advanced document management systems as a director for Blue Cross Blue Shield. My writing career began as founder and editor of Document Strategy magazine. Since then, I’ve written for many of today’s top tech brands. My book “Designing a Document Strategy” has sold in over 30 countries. I’ve done over 1000 podcast interviews, many of them with best-selling authors and top tech executives.
