How did you get to become an expert in your key topics?
At Fujitsu, as a leader in the outsourcing space, we were looking for levers to decrease cost. Exploring various innovative technologies, we came across RPA which was giving tangible benefits to customers. We then implemented RPA internally and took it to our customers as a offering. I had the opportunity of leading the RPA practice at Fujitsu Americas.

What challenges are brands facing in this space?
Lots of players making it hard to stand out. Quite a bit of hype leading to customer confusion. Both of above means it is difficult to reach out to customers, gain trust.
What do you think the future holds in this space?
Automation especially is experiencing a flywheel effect which I think will help it grow exponentially. We are seeing lots of great technology being added, this leads to more features being added, which leads to customers getting more value, which leads to growth and more investments. The cycle continues.
