27+ year Commvault veteran that introduced heterogeneous data management for Commvault & Commvault's partnership with Microsoft and their eco-system. Multi-dozen patent holder. Randy's focus is learning of new features/requests from customers & partners while focusing on the business, engineering and joint philanthropy. Randy initiated Commvaut's Hockey Helping Kids program which focuses on inclusion and raising funds/awareness for children's charities in conjunction with various NHL teams and USA-Women Olympians. He is also a staunch advocate for families working with Autism, inclusion & diversity.

Learning from people, previous sports teams, collaborating and putting company/people first.

Commvault, Optimized & Efficient Data Management & Transformation. Building trust with partnerships. Showing what technology can do, not just talking about it. Inclusion, diversity and sharing advocacy techniques, especially for families within the Autistic Spectrum.
