How did you get to become an expert in your key topics?
For more than 25 years I worked with businesses of all sizes to help drive their business objectives through improvements in communications technology. This experience took me into virtually every vertical market and included technologies across the IT ecosystem.
What sub-topics are you most passionate about?
Today, I am most passionate about Virtual and Augmented Reality, as these technologies are poised to drastically change the way we live, work, and communicate. My particular interest is how these technologies can improve communications and collaboration.

What challenges are brands facing in this space?
The biggest challenge facing Virtual and Augmented Reality is end-user acceptance/adoption. This is a big hurdle for a number of reasons, but until things get more mainstream, it will continue to hinder growth in the enterprise market. I want to be a leading voice and advocate in the more traditional communications technology industry to help shape the vision of AR and VR as the future of enterprise collaboration.
