Most companies and consultancies are doing exactly what the others are doing in D&I rather than using their unique strengths and circumstances to create deeply meaningful and impactful journeys for their employees and customers in order to drive results.
What do you think the future holds in this space?
Some of my clients now do hybrid remote others are virtual first or have always been remote first. I’m building a team where we work async from various points of the world. It’s critical that as a consultancy our way of work mirrors or even champions what we advocate for! The future of work and the future of the workplace is async, remote and autonomous.
